About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled C Developer with strong Python expertise to join our engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing high-performance applications, building scalable backend solutions, and working on complex enterprise systems.
This role requires strong proficiency in modern C development, Python programming, and software engineering best practices.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, optimize, and maintain mission-critical applications while ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust software applications using C and Python.
- Build scalable and high-performance backend components and services.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Work on application enhancements, new feature development, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Analyze complex technical requirements and provide scalable solution designs.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and code reviews.
- Develop automation scripts, tools, and utilities using Python.
- Optimize system performance, memory utilization, and application reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation plans.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and quality processes.
Required Skills &
Experience :
- 5-7 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C programming.
- Strong development experience using Python.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Software Engineering principles.
- Experience working with modern C standards (C 11/14/17).
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem Solving.
- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and memory management.
- Hands-on experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning capabilities.
- Experience with STL and standard software development frameworks.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and backend application development.
- Experience using Git and version control systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience developing automation frameworks or tooling using Python.
Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
