Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Compositing and animation: Develop engaging motion graphics and 2D animations, bringing static frames and panels to life with precision and creativity.
• Layering and panel integration: Work with complex layering techniques to enhance visual depth and continuity in animation sequences.
• Software proficiency: Utilize Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Moho (or similar animation software) to deliver polished, high-quality animations.
• Creative direction: Collaborate on the creative direction of animation projects, ensuring alignment with the project's storytelling and visual objectives.
• Storytelling and visualization: Interpret scripts and storyboards to create dynamic visual compositions that enhance narrative and audience engagement.
• Collaboration and communication: Coordinate with team members across design, animation, and project management to maintain cohesive storytelling and a unified visual style.
• Feedback incorporation: Integrate feedback from the creative director, clients, and team members to refine and enhance animations.
• Project management: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality animation content.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compositor based in Bandra. The Compositor will be responsible for assembling various visual elements such as computer graphics, animation, and live-action footage to create seamless, high-quality final renders. This role involves designing lighting effects, ensuring continuity between all visual elements, and contributing to the overall visual storytelling.

The candidate will work closely with the creative team to meet project objectives and deliver projects on time.
