Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Angular, Azure Cloud, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while providing technical leadership to development teams.
The role requires hands-on involvement in architecture, coding, code reviews, cloud-native development, and mentoring engineers while ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core and C#.
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices solutions following industry best practices.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, event-driven services, and distributed systems.
- Ensure application scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.
- Lead development of responsive and modern user interfaces using Angular.
- Collaborate with UX and product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Drive frontend architecture, component design, and performance optimization.
- Design and implement cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- Develop serverless applications using Azure Functions.
- Build event-driven integrations using Azure Service Bus and messaging services.
- Support cloud deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance on architecture, design decisions, and technology selection.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and product owners.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and automation.
- Support containerization and deployment strategies using Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
- Drive quality engineering practices including unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.
- Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support activities.
