Role : Full Stack Developer - MERN / Modern Tech Stack

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MERN or equivalent modern technology stacks
• Build scalable backend services and APIs with clean, maintainable architecture
• Develop responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces using modern frameworks
• Architect and implement databases, APIs, and reusable UI components
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate closely with product, UI/UX, DevOps, and QA teams
• Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and perform code reviews
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications :

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong expertise in React, Node.js, MongoDB, or equivalent full-stack technologies
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern frontend architectures
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of modules, and deliver end-to end features
