Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced consultant with strong expertise in Workday Projects (PSA) and HubSpot to support project operations, system configuration, and cross-platform integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize project tracking, resource management, and CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, support, and optimize the Workday Projects / PSA module, including project setup, billing, and financial tracking.
• Manage and enhance HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reporting, pipeline management, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Support integrations between Workday, HubSpot, and other enterprise systems.
• Monitor project performance, ensure data accuracy, and provide operational insights through dashboards and reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Workday Projects (functional or techno-functional).
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot administration and configuration.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, or middleware tools is preferred.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle, resource planning, and financial processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise implementations or support environments.
• Exposure to reporting/analytics tools and process improvement initiatives.
