Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Python React.js AWS)

Experience : 4 Years

Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai (work from office)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Python and frontend development using React.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and a solid understanding of AWS cloud services. This role requires someone who can design, develop, and deploy scalable applications while adhering to best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (backend) and React.js (frontend)
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components
• Work with PostgreSQL for database design, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Backend :

• Strong experience in Python (preferably with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI)
• Experience in building scalable APIs and backend services

Frontend :

• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux / Context API)

Database :

• Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of query optimization and schema design

Cloud & DevOps :

• Hands-on experience with AWS services :
• IAM (Identity and Access Management)
• S3 (Storage)
• EC2 (Compute)
• EKS / ECS (Container orchestration)
• RDS (Managed databases)
• CloudFront (CDN)
• Lambda (Serverless)
• API Gateway
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, etc.)

Soft Skills :

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus
