About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst who can transform raw data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data transformation techniques, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
This role requires a blend of technical capability, analytical thinking, and business understanding to design scalable analytics solutions and maintain high standards of data quality and reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
- Write optimized and complex SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and validate business-critical data.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Develop data models and analytical frameworks to support business reporting and operational decision-making.
- Clean, preprocess, and transform raw datasets using Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Handle missing, inconsistent, and duplicate data to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Build automated ETL workflows for efficient and repeatable data processing.
- Standardize datasets and maintain consistency across reporting systems.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries using tools such as Power BI or similar BI platforms.
- Translate complex analytical findings into easy-to-understand insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support business teams with ad-hoc reporting and performance analysis.
- Develop reusable scripts and automated workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Optimize existing reporting and analytics processes for scalability and performance.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and diagnostic checks to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, ETL processes, business logic, and analytical methodologies.
- Follow best practices for version control, coding standards, and reproducibility using Git.
- Work closely with business teams, product managers, and technical stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and measurable KPIs.
- Present findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
