About the Role :

We are looking for a bright, analytical, and motivated Data Analyst. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and analysis.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Present findings and insights clearly to internal teams and management.
• Support data-driven decision-making through meaningful analysis.
• Maintain documentation related to reports, dashboards, and data processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Computer Science
• Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.
• Good working knowledge of Power BI and data visualization.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand business requirements and communicate insights effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.
