Job Description :

We are seeking a Data Scientist with 5 to10 years of experience in building data-driven solutions and applying advanced analytics to solve complex business problems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Science, Python, and Machine Learning, with the ability to develop predictive models, derive actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making through data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Build statistical and data science solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve model accuracy and effectiveness.
• Work closely with data engineering and technology teams to deploy scalable machine learning solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and business impact.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 510 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
• Proven experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and performance evaluation.
• Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience using machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
