Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and scalable data science solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models and insights into real-world decision-making.
Own the end-to-end data science lifecycle from data collection and feature engineering to model evaluation and performance tracking.
Communicate findings, assumptions, and model results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Graduates from any discipline with a strong analytical mindset and curiosity for data.
Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts.
Hands-on experience with Python/R for data analysis and model building.
Working knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis.
Up to 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, Software Development, or related domains.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to convert ambiguous problems into structured solutions.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex models and insights in a simple, business-friendly manner.
