What you’ll do:

This position requires strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. The individual must be a quick learner with the ability to work independently, coordinate activities across teams and various stakeholders, drive design and implementation in close collaboration with other team members and ensure adherence to the highest quality and performance standards.
Implement new features and enhancements, working closely with product managers to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, following best practices and coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and continuously improve development processes and practices within the team
Perform in-depth code level technical and functional analysis and debugging of complex issues reported by customers to formulate appropriate solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction
Mentor and coach junior team members on full stack development, DevOps, and software engineering best practices.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in full stack development, SAP ecosystem and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.

What you bring:

14+ years of work experience with degree in B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech, MCA
Proven experience of building applications in microservices, highly scalable multi-tenant cloud setup, leading and guiding development teams in the role of an expert
Demonstrated excellence in programming in Java, Springboot is mandatory.
Expertise in UI technologies like SAPUI5 / Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred
Experience in performance and security related topics and test-driven developments
Knowledge of agile software development processes and experience with cloud development and delivery processes
Strong customer-oriented attitude, co-ordination and collaboration skills needed to work in cross-cultural teams and geographies.
Ability to understand customer business process requirements and translate them into software solutions
