DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in DevOps practices and solutions
• Lead and collaborate with multiple teams to drive engineering and deployment decisions
• Own end-to-end responsibility for technical delivery and DevOps strategy within the team
• Provide solutions to complex technical challenges across multiple teams and systems
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance technical skills and DevOps maturity
• Continuously evaluate and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability
• Ensure smooth integration between development, testing, and production environments
• Support automation of infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and monitoring
• Drive best practices in DevOps culture across teams
