Dvara Solutions - Java Full Stack Developer

Role Summary :

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, enhancing, and scaling our fintech products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications using modern Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for secure and efficient communication.
• Architect and implement end-to-end features including UI, backend, and database layers.
• Write reusable, efficient front-end code using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React/Angular.
• Lead integration with internal services and third-party APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Design relational database schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data workflows (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving engineering practices.

Key Capabilities :

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer in a product or enterprise environment.
• Expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST API development.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns including MVC, Microservices, SOA, etc.
• RDBMS experience : MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in the BFSI domain, especially with lending products, will be an added advantage.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks : React / Angular.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Version Control (Git).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
