Embedded Platform Software Engineer

Job Role: Embedded BSP Engineer (Android / Linux Kernel)

Work Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Bangalore & Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive platform architecture for Linux/Android BSP systems
• Work on kernel development, BSP, and device driver integration
• Lead platform bring-up, system integration, and kernel upgrades
• Design and review kernel subsystems and system-level architecture
• Debug and resolve complex system-level and kernel issues
• Optimize performance, boot time, and system efficiency
• Collaborate with hardware, BSP, middleware, and application teams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Linux / Android BSP / Embedded Systems
• Strong programming expertise in C / C++
• Hands-on experience in Linux kernel or device driver development
• Good understanding of Android/Linux internals
• Experience in system-level debugging and performance optimization
