Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Virtual Platform Development, SoC Architecture Modeling, and Embedded Software/Firmware Development. The ideal candidate will work on advanced embedded and semiconductor platforms involving SystemC/TLM 2.0 modeling, hardware-software co-simulation, peripheral development, and low-level firmware design for next-generation SoC solutions.
This role requires strong programming expertise in Embedded C/C , deep understanding of CPU/GPU architectures, memory subsystems, embedded protocols, and experience working closely with architecture, firmware, validation, and hardware engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Virtual Platforms using SystemC and TLM 2.0 frameworks
- Design and develop embedded software and firmware using Embedded C and C
- Work on SoC architecture modeling including :
- CPU Architecture
- GPU Architecture
- DMA Engines
- Memory Subsystems
- Peripheral Subsystems
- Develop and integrate peripheral models such as :
- Timers
- DMA Controllers
- I/O Controllers
- Communication Interfaces
- Support hardware-software co-simulation and platform validation activities
- Work with high-speed communication and interconnect protocols including :
- AXI
- PCIe
- USB
- Develop and optimize Board Support Packages (BSP) and low-level firmware components
- Collaborate with hardware, architecture, firmware, and validation teams for platform bring-up and integration
- Perform debugging, analysis, and optimization of embedded systems and virtual platforms
- Support performance analysis, simulation accuracy improvements, and system-level validation
- Participate in software integration, verification, and regression testing activities
- Work on embedded device drivers and RTOS-based platform development
- Contribute to system documentation, design specifications, and technical reports
- Support pre-silicon and post-silicon validation and development activities
