Engineering Lead – Full Stack (Python & React)

As we expand the Vryno product suite, we are looking for a

Senior Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead)

to drive architecture, execution, and team leadership across multiple applications.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role combining deep technical ownership with team management responsibilities

. You will be responsible for building and scaling core platform capabilities across the Vryno suite, not limited to CRM.

You will work closely with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable systems, while mentoring developers and enforcing engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers across multiple Vryno applications.

· Architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across the Vryno suite.

· Take ownership of backend services built in

Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)

.

· Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party systems (email, WhatsApp, telephony, payments, etc.).

· Drive frontend development using modern frameworks (React preferred).

· Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.

· Establish and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.

· Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

· Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and timely delivery of features.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

· Continuously improve system scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.

Technical Requirements

· 5–7 years of experience in full-stack development.

· 1–3 years of experience leading engineering teams.

· Strong backend expertise in

Python (Django / FastAPI preferred)

.

· Solid frontend experience with

React.js

(Angular/Vue acceptable).

· Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

· Strong database knowledge:

PostgreSQL / MySQL

, plus exposure to

MongoDB or other NoSQL DBs

.

· Hands-on experience with third-party integrations (APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems).

· Familiarity with

Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

.

· Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred Experience

· Prior experience building

CRM, SaaS platforms, or workflow automation tools

.

· Exposure to real-time systems (chat, notifications, event streaming).

· Experience working in startup or fast-scaling environments

.

· Understanding of multi-tenant architecture and scalable SaaS design.
