Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager with expertise in both Java and .NET technologies to lead cross-functional development teams.

This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic execution to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable driving architecture discussions, mentoring engineers, and managing delivery commitments across enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Engineering Leadership :

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers working on Java and .NET technology stacks.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Establish best practices in coding, architecture, testing, and DevOps.

Technical Oversight :

• Drive system design and architecture for scalable, high-performance applications.
• Ensure adherence to microservices architecture, cloud-native principles, and API-first design.
• Review code, conduct design reviews, and guide teams on technical problem-solving.

Cross-Technology Management :

• Oversee development across :
• Java stack : Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs.
• .NET stack : .NET Core/.NET 6 , ASP.NET, Web APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices).
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Leadership Skills :

• Proven experience managing teams of 5 to 15 engineers.
• Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills.
• Track record of delivering complex projects successfully.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in large-scale enterprise applications or product development.
• Exposure to cloud-native transformations or legacy modernization.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation.
• Prior experience in multi-technology environments (Java .NET coexistence).
