Lead and manage end-to-end engineering programs from planning and execution through delivery and closure.
Define program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics in collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, Operations, Security, and other teams.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate multiple engineering teams and ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and release schedules.
Establish effective program governance, including regular status reviews, dashboards, stakeholder updates, and escalation mechanisms.
Identify bottlenecks and drive teams toward timely resolution of technical and execution challenges.
Monitor program KPIs, delivery timelines, quality metrics, and resource requirements.
Facilitate engineering planning, roadmap discussions, release planning, and prioritization activities.
Communicate program status, risks, trade-offs, and key decisions clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
8-10 years of overall experience, with significant experience in engineering, technical program management, project management, or software/product development environments.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology or engineering programs from initiation to successful delivery.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, engineering processes, and technology platforms.
Experience working closely with software engineers, engineering managers, product managers, architects, and senior leadership.
Strong program planning, execution, prioritization, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate complex technical issues into clear business and execution decisions.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to tracking program performance and identifying areas for improvement.
