Lead architecture, design, technology selection, and technical strategy for large-scale platforms.
Design scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient Python-based solutions.
Provide technical leadership across application development, integration, cloud, data, and modernization initiatives.
Develop architecture standards, design principles, reusable frameworks, and technical guidelines.
Review existing applications and identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and performance improvement.
Design RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Define integration strategies across internal and third-party enterprise systems.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions based on business requirements.
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and conduct architecture and design reviews.
Drive technical governance, code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability across projects.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and define appropriate mitigation strategies.
Support cloud adoption, application modernization, containerization, and DevOps initiatives.
Mentor senior developers, technical leads, and architects and establish engineering best practices.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in Python and enterprise Python application development.
Deep understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Strong experience with microservices and distributed application architecture.
Expertise in REST APIs, API gateways, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architecture.
Strong understanding of databases including relational and NoSQL technologies.
Experience with messaging technologies and distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of application security, scalability, performance optimization, and high availability.
Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture.
Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Experience with system integration, enterprise architecture, and application modernization.
Knowledge of AI/ML integration and GenAI architectures will be an advantage.
Preferred Profile:
1822 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in architecture and technical leadership.
