Selection Process

Round 1: 1-hour coding test at the Bengaluru office.
Candidates clearing the coding test will proceed to the next interview round.

Key Skills Required

Strong Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate knowledge.
Hands-on React.js development, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
REST APIs and microservices architecture.
SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Git, Maven, debugging and performance optimization.
Full-stack application design, code reviews and technical leadership.
At least 2 years of experience in a technical lead role preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-stack application design and development.
Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with product managers, designers and stakeholders.
Ensure code quality, performance and timely delivery.
Troubleshoot issues and follow engineering best practices.
