Mission :
Build the core DeciOps platform that powers enterprise operational decision-making. You will work directly with the founder to transform complex business workflows into a scalable, cloud-native enterprise platform.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building products from first principles rather than maintaining existing systems.

Responsibilities :
- Build core platform capabilities from scratch
- Design reusable architecture instead of customer-specific solutions
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs
- Work closely with Product and Operational Architects to translate business workflows into platform components
- Build cloud-native deployment pipelines (AWS initially)
- Design customer deployment architecture for SaaS and on-premise installations
- Integrate AI services, enterprise systems, and workflow engines
- Participate in customer workshops to understand real operational problems
- Continuously improve platform scalability, reliability, and maintainability
