Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with strong expertise in performance optimization. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and refining user-facing features while ensuring fast load times and excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals (LCP, FCP, CLS)
Eliminate render-blocking resources and optimize asset loading
Implement critical CSS, lazy loading, and async/deferred scripts
Optimize and refactor existing Bootstrap and custom front-end code
Reduce unused CSS/JS and improve overall code efficiency
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Collaborate with backend team to integrate APIs and improve performance
Debug and fix UI/UX issues across devices

Requirements

Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proven experience with website performance optimization
Hands-on experience with Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, and PageSpeed Insights
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
Knowledge of caching strategies, CDN usage, and asset optimization
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end code

Nice to Have

Experience with Bootstrap and modern CSS frameworks
Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Vite
Experience with Laravel or Livewire-based applications
Understanding of SEO and performance best practices
