Job Description

Position: Software Engineer - React JS

Job Location: Remote - Chennai

Employment Type: Full Time

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the user experience team to develop functional prototypes.
• Work with development teams to implement user experience deliverables.
• Contribute UI component code to a shared controls library and resource dictionary.
• Collaborate with team members, developers, and third parties to ensure the integrity of the interaction is maintained throughout the project development life cycle.
• Support quality assurance testing processes.

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience building production applications with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, and CSS3, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented programming principles.
• Good working knowledge of web fundamentals including REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and asynchronous data fetching.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques — lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Vitest.
• Comfortable consuming and integrating RESTful web services.
• Proficient with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
