Frontend Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Lead to guide and mentor a team of frontend developers while contributing to the design and development of high-quality, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers to deliver high-quality web applications. Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all UI components.

Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards. Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.

Participate in Agile development processes and technical discussions.

Requirements: 4+ years of experience in frontend development with at least 1 year in a lead or mentoring role. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (Angular/React).

Experience with state management libraries (Redux/NGRX) and responsive design. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred: Experience with performance optimization, accessibility standards, and UX best practices. Exposure to full-stack development or backend integration is a plus.
