Frontend Software Engineer - React.js

Role Overview :

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of crafting high-performance, intuitive user interfaces that define our product experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless, responsive web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain modular, reusable UI components using React.js to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all product modules.
• Optimize web application performance by implementing efficient build processes with Webpack, reducing load times for end-users.
• Translate high-fidelity design mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces using semantic HTML5 and modern CSS3 techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our production environment.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to uphold engineering standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.

Required Skillset :

• 2 to 4 years of experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in building complex, state-managed applications using Javascript and React.js, with a deep understanding of the underlying component lifecycle.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code using modern HTML5 and CSS3, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Strong experience in configuring and optimizing Webpack to manage asset bundling and improve overall application performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, showing a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality software within 2 - 4 years of professional experience.
