Full Stack Architect - Java/AngularJS

Role &

Responsibilities :

• Own the overall technical architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications.
• Design and develop end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, architectural principles, and engineering best practices.
• Lead the selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, libraries, databases, and cloud services.
• Build and review RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and third-party integrations.
• Design responsive and maintainable frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Design robust backend services using technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, Python, or equivalent platforms.
• Architect relational and NoSQL database solutions, including data modelling, indexing, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Design cloud-native solutions and deployment architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Drive application performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and security improvements.
• Establish CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, logging, and DevOps practices in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, technical assessments, and proof-of-concepts where required.
• Identify technical risks, scalability bottlenecks, and legacy-system challenges and define appropriate remediation strategies.
• Mentor developers and senior engineers on architecture, design patterns, coding practices, and technical decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• 8 - 10 years of professional software development experience, with significant experience building and designing full-stack applications.
• Proven experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend technology such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development experience with one or more technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, or Python.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and integration patterns.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data modelling, query optimization, and database architecture.
• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud architecture and deployment.
• Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, clean architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and application security.
• Experience designing systems capable of handling high traffic, large datasets, and evolving business requirements.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, encryption, and secure software development practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to make sound architectural and technology decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and provide technical direction to development teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant cloud, architecture, or technology certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
