Full Stack Architect - Java Technologies

About the Role:

Infosys Strategic Technology Group (STG) is hiring experienced Full Stack Architects for its elite Power Programmer team. STG works on complex engineering projects, cloud-native platforms, digital marketplaces, and next-generation solutions for Fortune 500 clients. As a Full Stack Architect, you will drive architecture decisions, establish engineering standards, mentor development teams, and lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect large-scale enterprise applications.
• Lead cloud-native application architecture and modernization initiatives.
• Establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Review and approve critical technical design decisions.
• Provide technical leadership to development squads.
• Drive application scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with Power Programmers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation.
• Work on complex platforms, products, and digital marketplaces.

Tech Stack:

• Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes/Docker, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms, Angular (or other frontend stacks), CI/CD, Lambda.
