Full Stack Architect - Node.js/React.js

Role Overview :

As a Full-Stack Architect, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for our product engineering division, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and robust technical execution.

You will spend your days designing scalable system architectures, mentoring high-performing engineering squads, and collaborating directly with product stakeholders to translate complex requirements into seamless, high-performance digital experiences.

By setting the technical roadmap and establishing best practices for both frontend and backend ecosystems, you will directly influence the reliability, scalability, and user satisfaction of our platforms, ensuring our technology stack remains a competitive advantage in the market.

This role is based in Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad and requires a leader capable of driving architectural excellence across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and oversee the end-to-end development of complex, high-traffic web applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and maintainability for our global user base.
• Define and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural patterns for Node.js and React.js environments to foster a culture of technical excellence and code quality across engineering teams.
• Lead the modernization of legacy systems by implementing microservices or modular architectures that improve system resilience and accelerate feature deployment cycles.
• Partner with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align technical debt reduction and infrastructure upgrades with long-term business growth objectives.
• Conduct deep-dive code reviews and technical design sessions to mentor senior developers, elevating the collective technical maturity of the organization.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated mastery in designing large-scale system architectures, with a proven ability to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term technical scalability.
• Expert-level proficiency in building enterprise-grade applications using Node.js for backend services and React.js for sophisticated, responsive frontend interfaces.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
• Proven experience in managing the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and database design, within a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and architectural design.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the adaptability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-city office setup across Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad.
