Full Stack Architect - Node.js/React.js

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Architect to spearhead the design and evolution of our high-scale web platforms. In this role, you will serve as the technical visionary, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure system architectures.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leads, and executive stakeholders to define the technical roadmap, ensuring our technology stack remains at the cutting edge. Your work will directly influence the performance and reliability of our applications, delivering seamless experiences to millions of users while driving long-term business growth and operational efficiency across our Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad engineering hubs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and oversee the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade applications using React.js and Node.js to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Design modular microservices architectures that allow for independent scaling and rapid deployment, enabling the engineering team to ship features with greater velocity.
• Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, design patterns, and security protocols to maintain code quality and protect sensitive customer data.
• Mentor senior developers and lead technical design reviews to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into our existing ecosystem to solve complex technical bottlenecks and improve overall system throughput.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated mastery in building large-scale, distributed systems using React.js for frontend interfaces and Node.js for high-concurrency backend services.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex microservices architectures, including expertise in API gateway management, service discovery, and inter-service communication.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making.
• Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot critical production issues and optimize system performance in high-traffic environments.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, collaborating effectively with distributed teams across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and system architecture.
