Brackets is a UI/UX led product development company, with offices in Gurgaon and Singapore. We build custom software for enterprises that are catching up with the technology of today: ERPs, internal platforms, dashboards and client portals. We’re a handpicked team of developers and designers who work by understanding the business problem first and writing code second.

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer who’s comfortable across JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js and Node.js, and who brings strong logic and design thinking to the work. You’ll use AI tools every day, but you won’t hand your thinking over to them. We want someone who can tell when the AI is wrong, figure out the right approach on their own, and take full ownership of what they ship.

What you’ll do

• Build full-stack applications with JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend and backend
• Turn client requirements into technical specs and working software
• Own projects end to end: scoping, development, deployment and handover
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, Vercel or similar
• Talk to clients directly to clarify requirements and demo progress
• Use AI tools to move faster while staying accountable for the quality of the output
• Write clean, maintainable code and clear documentation
• Work closely with our tech and design leads on architecture and UX decisions

You’d be a good fit if you

• Have built real things with JS/TS, React or Next.js, and Node (Express, Nest or similar)
• Are comfortable with REST APIs, a database (SQL or NoSQL) and Git
• Have deployed something yourself
• Can explain technical things to a non-technical person clearly
• Ask “why” before “how,” and think about the user, not just the feature
• Treat a problem as yours until it’s solved, not until it’s handed off
• Say so early when you’re stuck or something’s off
• Like learning fast and aren’t precious about being wrong
• Enjoy working in a small team where everyone pitches in

Bonus if you’ve

• Shipped TypeScript in production
• Worked with Docker, CI/CD or serverless setups
• Built with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Got side projects or open-source work we can look at
