Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer / Engineer with strong experience in React and back-end development using Node.js and/or Python. The role will involve building and deploying end-to-end applications for a Record-to-Report (R2R) use case.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full application development lifecycle, including front-end development, back-end services, REST API integration, application deployment, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications for the R2R use case.
• Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.
• Develop back-end services and APIs using Node.js and/or Python.
• Build and integrate REST APIs for workflow automation, data exchange, and application functionality.
• Work with functional and business teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Support end-to-end application deployment, including testing, debugging, release, and post-deployment support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, process, data, and infrastructure teams.
• Follow modern development practices, including Git, code reviews, CI/CD, and structured release processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience in React for front-end development.
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript development experience.
• Proven back-end development experience using Node.js and/or Python.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience deploying end-to-end applications in production or enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, debugging, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with application integration and API-based architecture.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned development work.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Record-to-Report, finance, accounting, or enterprise workflow applications.
• Experience with cloud deployment on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
• Exposure to finance transformation or process automation use cases.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer who can independently build, integrate, and deploy applications. They should have strong React skills, practical back-end development experience, and the ability to work in an enterprise environment where business requirements need to be translated into usable, reliable applications.
