Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, Microservices, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modernizing enterprise applications, cloud-native development, DevOps (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform), secure application development, and scalable architecture. Exposure to AI/ML, Agentic AI, Databricks, EDL, and experience with global enterprise applications, SAP integrations, and AWS/AI certifications will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Node.js.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, Microservices, and database solutions (DB2/RDS).
- Modernize legacy applications into cloud-native architectures on AWS using Kubernetes and containers.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and DevOps best practices.
- Ensure application security using OAuth2, secure SDLC, and security automation.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and cost through autoscaling, caching, and right-sizing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software using Agile and TDD practices.
- Drive innovation by leveraging AI/ML, Agentic AI, Databricks, and EDL where applicable.
- Lead technical design discussions, mentor team members, and support modernization initiatives.
- Integrate enterprise applications with Web, SAP, and Host systems while ensuring reliability and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of expert hands on full stack development: Java, spring, spring boot, Junit, Stored Procedures, Webservices, Microservices, React, Node, DB2 and RDS Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Cloud native experience: AWS, Kubernetes, containers.
- Experience in designing and architecting legacy to modern applications.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and quality practices
- Advanced DevOps: CI/CD at scale, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), security automation, secret management.
- Strong security foundation: OAuth2, secure SDLC.Cost and scalability expertise: autoscaling, caching, right sizing.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages/frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, Java, and Python.
- Innovative mindset and proven record of innovation using AI or other tools.
- Experience / Knowledge of Agentic AI, Machine Learning (ML), Databricks and EDL.
- Experience in leading and modernizing global solutions.
- Working experience for critical application which has different interfaces (Web, SAP Host).
- Understanding of Parts system, its critical interfaces or pricing systems.
- Technical certifications in AWS, AI, etc.
