Full Stack Developer - Java/AngularJS

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Chennai, focusing on building robust, scalable enterprise applications.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend interfaces, working closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering squads to deliver high-performance solutions.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring that our digital products not only meet technical specifications but also provide seamless, high-impact experiences for our global client base. By leveraging modern cloud infrastructure, you will directly influence our platform's reliability and scalability, driving significant business outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java to ensure high availability and performance for mission-critical business applications.
• Design and implement responsive, user-centric frontend interfaces using AngularJS to enhance engagement and streamline user workflows.
• Deploy and manage application workloads on GCP, optimizing cloud resources to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency for the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between product vision and engineering execution.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability across the codebase.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java and AngularJS, with a proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in architecting and managing cloud-native solutions within the GCP ecosystem, including familiarity with containerization and serverless deployments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, effectively coordinating with distributed teams to meet aggressive project timelines.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 6 - 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.
