Full Stack Developer - Java/.Net/Node.js

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Delhi NCR/Gurgaon. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications that drive our core business functions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and develop end-to-end scalable web applications and services using Java, .NET, Node.js, ensuring high availability and performance for our growing user base.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices, facilitating seamless integration across various internal and external systems.
• Optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server to ensure data integrity, security, and lightning-fast retrieval for critical business operations.
• Collaborate effectively with product management and design teams to refine requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces.
• Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and quality assurance within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining high service levels for our production environments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development processes and product capabilities.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in full-stack development with extensive experience across either Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate), .NET (ASP.NET Core, C#), Node.js (Express.js, NestJS) ecosystems.
• Proven ability to design and implement highly scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring efficient data exchange using JSON.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SQL Server, including advanced querying, database design, performance tuning, and stored procedure development.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset, capable of tackling complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputed institution.
