Full Stack Developer - Java/Node.js

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Noida, where you will take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle for our enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend systems and intuitive frontend interfaces, working closely with cross-functional product managers, UI/UX designers, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-performance solutions. Your contributions will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our platform, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless, high-speed experience while driving significant business outcomes through robust technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Node.js to ensure high availability and efficient data processing for our global user base.
• Design and implement responsive, user-centric frontend components using Angular 10+ to enhance user engagement and platform accessibility.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications that drive product innovation.
• Optimize application performance and database queries to reduce latency and improve the overall stability of the production environment.
• Mentor junior developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in software craftsmanship to elevate the team's collective output.
• Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to expand system functionality and support evolving business needs.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise applications using Java and Node.js, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to develop sophisticated, modular frontend interfaces using Angular 10+, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and high performance.
• Strong proficiency in managing relational and NoSQL databases, with a focus on data integrity and efficient schema design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaborative team dynamics.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in Noida.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
