Full Stack Developer - Java/Python

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Chennai or Pune.

In this capacity, you will architect and build scalable, enterprise-grade applications by bridging the gap between robust Java-based backend systems and agile Python-driven services.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.

By driving the end-to-end development lifecycle, you will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our global user base and contributing significantly to our long-term digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and modularity of core business applications.
• Develop and integrate Python-based services to enhance data processing capabilities and support advanced analytical features for internal stakeholders.
• Orchestrate seamless CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment workflows, reducing time-to-market and improving overall code quality.
• Lead technical code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of engineering excellence and best-practice adherence.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in the full-stack architecture and implementing efficient, sustainable solutions.
• Partner with product managers to refine technical roadmaps, ensuring that software deliverables align with evolving business objectives and user needs.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in building complex, distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Python, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end CI/CD processes, ensuring robust integration and deployment cycles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development, balancing backend logic with frontend responsiveness to deliver intuitive user interfaces.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
• A proactive mindset toward problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Chennai or Pune.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in software development.
