Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or software development.
• Strong hands-on development experience in Java and Python.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, object-oriented programming, and Java application development.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Python development using Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on frontend development experience with React.js, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB.
• Understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and scalable application design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and application deployment technologies.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Understanding of secure coding and application security practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and independently own assigned modules or features.
