Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong dual-language capabilities to design, develop, and maintain our enterprise platform solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire software engineering lifecycle, writing robust server-side microservices in Java, engineering automated or data-driven applications in Python, and building intuitive, interactive user interfaces. The ideal candidate is an engineering practitioner who bridges the gap between customer-centric UI experiences and highly optimized backend services.
You will be responsible for defining application structures, assessing integration stacks, writing comprehensive automated test plans (TDD), and ensuring data security compliance across our deployment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-Stack Core Engineering : Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend applications, APIs, and microservices using Java and Python, while crafting interactive, user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Architecture &
- Stack Assessment : Evaluate product requirements to determine the most suitable technology stack, system integration paths, and cloud deployment strategies.
- User-Centric Delivery : Engage directly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (product owners, UI/UX designers, architects) to map user use-cases into clean technical designs.
- Testing &
- Quality Assurance : Formulate and implement comprehensive software test strategies, guidelines, and quality processes leveraging Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- DevOps &
- Security Governance : Maintain software delivery integrity using Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, while embedding data encryption and anonymization protocols to protect sensitive data layers.
- Performance Engineering : Continuously monitor, profile, and optimize application performance and microservice runtime efficiency to eliminate system bottlenecks.
- Emerging Tech Adoption : Evaluate and incorporate modern development capabilities and emerging frameworks to expand application platform boundaries.

Qualifications :
Required Technical DNA :
- Core Backend Development : Hands-on practical development mastery in Java (Spring Boot ecosystem) AND Python.
- Frontend Engineering : Proficient in designing and maintaining responsive web interfaces and reusable UI components.
- Engineering Standards : Solid familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, secure API design patterns, and TDD.
- Tenure : 4 years of total IT experience, with at least 3 years spent in active, hands-on full-stack development.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Cloud Infrastructure (Nice to Have) : Direct hands-on engineering experience deploying and maintaining containerized microservices within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
- Security Knowledge : Strong understanding of data encryption standards and enterprise security architectures.
