About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, React, Microservices, Spring, and TypeScript. The ideal candidate should have solid backend development experience along with strong frontend exposure, especially in React. The candidate should be technically strong, stable in previous employment, have good communication skills, and be available to join immediately or within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring, React, and TypeScript.
• Build and enhance microservices-based applications.
• Develop responsive and high-performing frontend components using React.
• Work on REST APIs, backend services, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and secure code following best practices.
• Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and development planning.

Mandatory Skills :

• 6- 10 years of total software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring / Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with React.js, with minimum 5 years of React experience.
• Good experience with Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Good knowledge of software design principles, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Immediate joiner or candidate with notice period less than 15 days.
• Stable employment history with limited frequent job changes.
• Clean UAN / employment history check for the last 5 years.
• Comfortable working in a 1 PM to 10 PM shift.
• Open to working from office 5 days in a month from any QT location.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
