Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js

What Youll Do :

• Build distributed, fault-tolerant backend services and APIs
• Develop data/ML platforms : pipelines, feature stores, real-time decisioning
• Create LLM-powered workflow copilots and AI agents
• Build intuitive web & mobile product experiences
• Integrate with hearing devices, diagnostic tools, and clinical systems
• Influence engineering culture, architecture, and roadmap

This is a core product engineering rolenot maintenance or back-office.

What Were Looking For :

Must-haves :

• Strong in React, Java, PostgreSQL
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments
• Strong product thinking & UX mindset

Nice to have :

• Experience building AI-native apps
• Next.js expertise
• Familiarity with LLM/RAG pipelines, LangChain, Whisper, or LLM hosting platforms
• Exposure to clinical/medical documentation workflows
