Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js/Node.js

Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer at Clovio IT Consulting, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance web applications from concept to production. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver seamless user experiences. This role directly contributes to the success of our client projects by building resilient and efficient systems that drive business value and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java and Node.js, ensuring high availability and scalability for critical business operations.
• Design and implement intuitive, responsive user interfaces with React.js, optimizing for performance and an exceptional user experience across various devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with project goals and architectural standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in software development and contributing to code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, identifying and resolving complex technical issues to ensure continuous service delivery for clients.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skillset :

• Proven ability to develop full-stack applications with a strong command of Java for backend services and React.js for front-end development.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Node.js for building scalable and efficient server-side applications and APIs.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration, ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges in complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively within agile teams and articulating technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across our Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune offices, contributing to diverse client engagements.
