Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer, you will serve as a pivotal technical lead responsible for architecting and delivering scalable web applications that drive our core business operations. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital experiences.

Your work will directly influence the performance, reliability, and user satisfaction of our platforms, ensuring that our technical infrastructure remains robust and competitive in a fast-paced market. This role offers the opportunity to shape the end-to-end development lifecycle while mentoring junior developers and contributing to high-impact architectural decisions across our offices in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement end-to-end web solutions using Node.js and modern frontend frameworks to ensure high availability and performance for our global user base.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that development efforts align with long-term business objectives and scalability requirements.
• Optimize application performance and security by implementing best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment, directly enhancing the end-user experience.
• Lead code reviews and technical discussions to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Integrate complex third-party APIs and microservices to streamline business workflows and improve system interoperability.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in building scalable applications using Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a deep understanding of modern frontend ecosystems like Angular or React.
• Proven ability to design and maintain RESTful APIs and manage database interactions, ensuring efficient data flow across the full technology stack.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of diagnosing and resolving critical production issues in high-traffic environments.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with the flexibility to thrive in a hybrid work environment across our Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore locations.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in full-stack development, showcasing a consistent ability to deliver high-quality software in agile, fast-moving organizations.
