Key Outcomes & Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance, ensure scalability, and implement security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve development processes.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Functional / Technical Skills :
- Strong proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Experience with RESTful API design, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of database design, optimization, query performance tuning, and security best practices.
