Full Stack Developer - MERN Stack

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using MERN stack technologies.
• Build and enhance frontend applications using JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using NodeJS and ExpressJS.
• Design, implement, and optimize databases using MongoDB.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with frontend and external applications.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
• Follow best practices for code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Participate in CI/CD workflows and Agile development practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, and software delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.

Required Skills :

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Strong backend development experience with NodeJS and ExpressJS.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Practical awareness of AI-assisted development tools and their responsible use.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
