Role Summary

FLEXGCC is hiring developers for a three-person engineering pod led by a Senior Full Stack Team Lead.

This is a true full-stack role: each engineer will work across backend, frontend, data, integration, testing and delivery, with no permanent frontend/backend split.

Strong .NET/C# capability is the primary requirement. Working experience with React.js, Angular/AngularJS, Vue.js or another modern JavaScript framework is mandatory; Next.js experience is preferred, not required.

Approved AI-assisted coding tools are used to improve velocity, but engineers remain fully accountable for design, security, testing and final code quality.

What You Will Do

• Own new modules and enhancements end-to-end—from requirements and design through API, UI, database, tests, release and client demo.
• Develop clean, secure and testable backend services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, REST and appropriate data-access patterns.
• Build responsive frontend features, forms and workflows; integrate them with APIs using React/Next.js or another approved framework.
• Design and modify relational schemas, queries, indexes and migrations; diagnose performance issues across application layers.
• Implement validation, error handling, authentication/authorization, logging and observability appropriate to each feature.
• Write unit and integration tests, review pull requests, troubleshoot defects and support incremental releases.
• Use AI coding assistants responsibly: define tasks precisely, review every output, test edge cases and refactor generated code to project standards.
• Collaborate with the team lead and TMGOC product stakeholders in planning, estimation, design discussions, daily coordination and regular demos; step into any layer needed to prevent blockers.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of commercial software development with demonstrable end-to-end feature ownership.
• Strong hands-on C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core Web API capability—this is the priority screening criterion.
• Working experience with React.js, Angular/AngularJS, Vue.js or another modern component-based JavaScript framework.
• REST API design, object-oriented design, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, validation and secure coding fundamentals.
• SQL and relational databases; practical use of EF Core, Dapper or a comparable data-access approach.
• Git, pull requests, debugging, code review and unit/integration testing.
• Clear communication, ownership and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.
• Willingness to work across the full stack and learn React/Next.js quickly where required.
• Azure services (App services, Functions, Managed Identity).

Preferred

• React.js, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Docker.
• Clean Architecture, Vertical Slice Architecture or microservices.
• xUnit/NUnit, Playwright/Cypress, Entra ID, OAuth or OIDC.

Working Model

Dedicated full-time within the TMGOC pod, reporting to the Senior Full Stack Team Lead and delivering iteratively with regular demos.

Remote Schedule

India-based role with three hours of daily overlap with the U.S. Pacific/California workday; remaining hours are flexible.
