What Youll Bring to the Table :
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience (preferably in JavaScript, but we welcome exceptional talent from other backgrounds too).
- A strong foundation in JavaScriptyou know your closures from your callbacks and love writing clean, efficient code.
- Backend expertise in Node.js and experience with frameworks like Express.js, Koa.js, or Socket.io.
- A solid grip on async programming using Callbacks, Promises, and Async/Await.
- Experience building and maintaining consumer-facing web or app products.
- Hands-on skills with HTML, CSS, AJAX, and familiarity with frontend stacks is a big plus.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL.
- A good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and operating systemsyou can think like an engineer, not just code like one.
- AWS experience with services like EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, CloudFront, and S3.
