Role : Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that drive our business forward. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build scalable and robust applications. Your work will directly impact our users by providing them with seamless and engaging experiences, contributing to increased customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications for our customers, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to define, design, and ship new features, aligning with business goals and user needs.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, optimizing infrastructure for cost-efficiency and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, enhancing team productivity and efficiency.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Proven expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a strong understanding of web development principles.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Solid understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration as needed.
