Job Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in modern web technologies and AI-driven application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, designing robust backend services, and developing AI-powered agents that automate workflows and enhance product capabilities.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, AI Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that serve customers at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop reusable frontend components and maintain a scalable component architecture.
- Implement secure and high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Create efficient database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies for optimal performance.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Design and develop AI-powered agents and workflow automation solutions.
- Build intelligent applications using frameworks such as :

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production systems.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
- Create multi-agent systems for business process automation.
- Optimize prompts, agent workflows, and model performance for production use cases.
- Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and SSO mechanisms.
- Build microservices and event-driven architectures where required.
- Integrate third-party services, AI platforms, and cloud APIs.
- Develop asynchronous processing pipelines and workflow automation systems.
- Design normalized and scalable PostgreSQL database architectures.
- Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Manage data migrations and schema versioning.
- Implement caching strategies using Redis or similar technologies.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Qdrant for AI applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms.
- Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor production systems and ensure high availability.
- Participate in release planning and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Provide technical estimates and contribute to sprint planning.
