About the Role
Manhattan Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP, WordPress, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript to lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of scalable web applications and communication platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing full-stack application architecture, backend and frontend development, API integrations, database optimization, cloud hosting, and scalable deployment environments. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving ability, and the capability to independently manage assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Management
- Manage and maintain the complete source code lifecycle of the Social Gear platform and related applications.
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress applications, themes, plugins, and custom modules.
- Build and maintain scalable PHP-based applications and services.
- Develop modern frontend interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
- Design, develop, and maintain Node.js backend services, APIs, and integrations.
- Implement new features, enhancements, and optimizations based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, deployment, and API-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Frontend & Backend Development
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
- Develop scalable backend architecture using PHP and Node.js.
- Maintain reusable component structures and coding standards.
- Ensure compatibility across desktop, mobile, and web platforms.
Database Management
- Manage and optimize MySQL and MongoDB databases.
- Improve query performance, indexing, backups, and database reliability.
- Monitor and resolve database-related performance bottlenecks.
Communication Services
- Maintain and optimize Email, SMS, and WhatsApp communication infrastructure.
- Ensure deliverability, authentication, compliance, spam filtering, and bounce management.
- Monitor communication server reputation and scalability.
Server & Cloud Infrastructure
- Manage hosting and infrastructure environments on AWS and DigitalOcean.
- Configure and maintain deployment pipelines, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor uptime, server security, resource utilization, and cost optimization.
Third-Party Integrations
- Integrate and maintain external APIs, Meta integrations, analytics platforms, payment systems, and communication tools.
- Ensure seamless interoperability between systems and services.
External Client Projects
- Handle development and maintenance of client applications using:
- WordPress
- PHP Frameworks (Laravel / CodeIgniter)
- React.js
- Node.js
- TypeScript
- MySQL / MongoDB
• Provide technical troubleshooting, support, and ongoing maintenance for client projects.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, deployments, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Share regular reports on application health, issue resolution, server performance, and deployment status.
- Follow the company’s daily reporting and task update process consistently.
Team & Work Expectations
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities without dependency on other team members for execution.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in:
- PHP
- WordPress
- React.js
- Node.js
- TypeScript
- MySQL
- MongoDB
• Experience with Laravel or CodeIgniter frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience managing AWS and/or DigitalOcean infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Git/version control systems.
- Strong understanding of application security and performance optimization.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing scalable SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with communication systems (Email, SMS, WhatsApp APIs).
- Knowledge of Meta integrations and account management.
- Experience handling high-volume traffic applications and performance scaling.
