Full-Stack Developer (Python/FastAPI + ReactJS)

Experience: 4–5 years

Role Type: Client-facing

Execution Leadership Stack: Python (FastAPI), ReactJS, AWS

Role Purpose:

Act as a hands-on execution leader, bridging architecture and development while owning modules end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement backend services using FastAPI

· Build and maintain ReactJS components and workflows

· Own modules/features from design to deployment

· Review code from Associate Developers

· Ensure implementation aligns with defined architecture

· Participate in client discussions for feature walkthroughs

· Debug complex issues across frontend and backend

What This Role Is NOT:

· Not an architecture decision-maker

· Not a junior execution-only role

· Not limited to either frontend or backend

Requirements

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on FastAPI development experience

· Solid ReactJS development (hooks, state management)

· Experience with AWS-based deployments

· API integrations and database design experience

· Ability to mentor junior developers

· Strong ownership of assigned modules

· Smooth coordination between frontend and backend
